— Author and teacher of Ukraine’s only comprehensive training programme on Theory of Constraints It’s Not Luck at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (kmbs) since 2006. She is also an MBA kmbs teacher;

— Winner of the Young Entrepreneur Of The Year in Ukraine award at the Ernst&Young international competition “Entrepreneur Of The Year in Ukraine 2007”;

— For two consequent years (2008 and 2009) was in the top ten business women of the country according to Companion Group;
